Toronto CREW 14th Annual Charity Golf Classic - Thursday September 16

Please mark your calendars for Toronto CREW’s 14th Annual Charity Golf Classic, at the Emerald Hills Golf Club, on September 16, 2009. Always the must-attend event of the year! Registration will be available at the end of June.

In addition to a fun day of networking and golf, we are very proud of the charitable fundraising this event achieves. Funds raised at the Annual Charity Golf Classic have enabled Toronto CREW to support:

• A $75,000 commitment over 3 years to Toronto Habitat for Humanity’s “Habitat University CREW Leader” training program. This program provides women with basic construction skills so they can gain employment in the construction and home building industries;
• $21,000.00 annually in university scholarships awarded to young women entering their last year of a graduate or undergraduate degree specializing in commercial real estate at Ryerson University, Schulich School of Business, Queens University and Guelph University.

All this is made possible because of the great support and participation from Toronto CREW members and the generous sponsorship of an amazing group of companies who help fund the event.
