Toronto CREW is dedicated to assisting young women in commercial real estate stay in the business of real estate by providing experienced mentors who can impart industry knowledge and professional guidance. The program is designed to benefit these young women in ways that encourage them to continue to pursue a career in commercial real estate and assist them in fulfilling their professional goals.
Toronto CREW is now accepting applications for its 2011 Mentorship Program - the key facts you need to know to participate in this invaluable Program are:
For Mentors:
• Membership in Toronto CREW
• Participation in a half day training session on January 14, 2011 (new mentors only)
• Attendance at a new and returning mentors luncheon after the mentor training January 14, 2011 (new and returning mentors)
• Participation in an evening matching event to meet all 2011 mentees on January 18, 2011 and attendance at a 2011 Toronto CREW Mentorship Program Kick Off Cocktail at the beginning of February 2011
• Agree to meet a minimum of one hour per month to meet with your mentee
Applications for the role of mentor for the 2011 Program will be accepted until October 31, 2010.

For Mentees:
• Employed in the commercial real estate industry and have less than 4 years experience in the commercial real estate industry as of July 31, 2010
• Participation in an evening training session on January 12, 2011
• Participation in an evening matching event to meet all mentors on January 18, 2011 and attendance at a 2011 Toronto CREW Mentorship Program Kick Off Cocktail at the beginning of February 2011
• Agree to meet a minimum of one hour per month to meet with your mentor
Applications for the 2011 program are currently being accepted. The deadline for applications for mentees is July 31, 2010.
