Toronto CREW 2011 Real Estate Scholarships
The 2011 Scholarship winners have been announced:
- Samantha Barnard – University of Guelph
- Sarah Bingham – Queen's University
- Carolyn Burns – York University
- Vincci Leung – Ryerson University
- Elena Nesterova – York University
- Michelle Nicholson – Queen's University
- Simona Rasanu – Queen's University
Launched in 2006, the Toronto CREW Scholarship Program awards scholarships to deserving female students enrolled in a degree program specializing in real estate at our partner universities and has the intention to pursue a career in commercial real estate. The scholarships are valued from $1,000 to $3,000 each and are paid towards tuition or awarded as reimbursement for tuition.
Scholarship recipients are invited to participate in a range of Toronto CREW functions and events, which allows them the opportunity to network with some of the industry's top executives across a range of real estate disciplines.
Upon graduation, scholarship recipients are encouraged to apply for Toronto CREW's Mentorship Program, to support them as they develop their careers in the real estate industry.
Our institutional partners are the University of Guelph; Queen's University, School of Urban Regional Planning; York University, Schulich School of Business; and Ryerson University.
