Each new member applicant must qualify for membership by meeting all of the following requirements:
The individual must have at least five years' full-time experience in a commercial real estate category or, 18 months full-time commercial real estate experience plus 5 years or more in another industry at the senior management level or above.
The individual must be currently involved in a full-time, professional position, the primary responsibilities of which are in one or more commercial real estate categories.
The individual must maintain the highest of professional and ethical standards
